OH Medical is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our industry-leading client on a part-time, permanent basis located near Widnes.
You will be joining an in-house, family feel department and have full support from the current OH Manager. The working hours for this role is Monday - Friday, 8am - 2pm (30 hours per week).
The duties of this role will include:
organising assessments, events and diary appointments for the Occupational Health team.
Updating records.
Plan and organise routine health assessments.
Act as a point of contact for employees and visitors.
Handle queries proactively and efficiently.
The criteria for this role:
Be confident using IT systems including Excel, Outlook and ideally EOPAS
Previous experience within the Healthcare sector.
To be able to work within a busy department
