​OH Medical is currently looking for a Band 5 Practice Nurse to join our client located in Guildford.

This is initially an ongoing temporary position with the view to go permanent in the future. The working hours will be full-time working between Monday - Friday.

For this role, the remit included will be:

• Pre-placement assessments

• Phlebotomy

• Vaccines

• Health Promotion would also be an asset

​

The agency rate for this position is £25.00 per hour.
