OH Medical are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Clinical Manager to join our client, a leading Occupational Health Services provider. You will be working for one of their most prestigious clients on a remote basis, responsible for supporting the Clinical Team and deputising for the Manager when required.

Main Duties

• Assist in undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency review with individuals and audit clinical work
• Create and maintain a positive and supportive team culture
• Ensure compliance with Company processes/Department of Health, H&S guidelines/legislation and company accreditations i.e. SEQOHS etc.
• Develop and maintain excellent partnerships with the clients you support.
• Use Management Information to raise the profile of services offered, support effective health surveillance and support customer relationships
• Co-ordinate all clinical aspects of the renewal process, utilising and liaising with all relevant resources to facilitate the smooth execution of the renewal and ensure customer retention
• Work with Account Managers to monitor financial performance for the contract, attend review meetings and address issues and complaints promptly and comprehensively working towards fostering excellent long-term partnerships with customers.
• Assist with and/or arrange Health and Wellbeing events/workshops for customers within contract terms or on ad-hoc basis as appropriate

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse
• OH qualification | Part 3 of the Register
• Previous management experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT literate
