OH Medical are recruiting for a Head of Clinical Services based in London to deliver a first class Health and Wellbeing Service within a Construction environment for a leading Occupational Health Service Provider.
The Remit
This is a full time permanent role managing a team at multiple sites across London.
Managing clinical services as required including supporting and running wellbeing campaigns
Ensuring excellence in clinical governance
Working with the HR to effectively manage the staffing of your team
Ensuring that all your team are suitably qualified, inducted and trained to provide a high quality service
Perform clinical competency reviews including auditing clinical work
Ensuring compliance with policy procedures and accreditations
Controlling costs to maximise profitability
Ensuring data is captured accurately to produce the relevant reports,
Supporting the Business Development team
Working alongside the Account Manager to manage strategic plans, monitor financial performance, attending review meetings and fostering excellent long-term partnerships with our clients.
Assisting with and/or arrange Health and Wellbeing events/workshops
Skill Requirements
Be a registered nurse with NMC Part 3 (Essential)
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma (Essential)
Previous Occupational Health management experience within a construction setting (Essential)
Experience remotely line managing OH clinicians who cover a large geographical area (Desirable)
Strong presentational ability and confidence to present persuasive evidence-based arguments on clinical matters (Essential)
Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)
Experience of clinically managing multidisciplinary teams (Desirable)
Health and Safety experience (Desirable)
