An established and growing UK construction and manufacturing business with a strong regional footprint across the South East. The organisation delivers residential and built-environment projects at scale and is committed to embedding sustainability, environmental performance, and responsible construction practices across all operations.
This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role with real influence across offices, manufacturing facilities, supply chain partners, and live construction sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and shape the sustainability strategy
across the business, ensuring environmental and sustainability goals are embedded into projects, operations, and decision-making.
Work cross-functionally
with construction, manufacturing, procurement, and senior leadership teams to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice.
Oversee reporting, standards, and performance, including environmental metrics, regulatory requirements, and client sustainability expectations across multiple sites and locations.
What You’ll Need
Proven senior-level experience
in sustainability, environmental management, or ESG within construction, manufacturing, or the built environment.
A full, clean UK driving licence
and willingness to travel to sites across the South East.
Degree Qualified/Professional qualificationssuch as MIEMA CEnv is advantageous.
