OH Medical has an exciting part-time opportunity for an Occupational Health Manager to work 4 or 5 days per week in Brackley. This in-house role will see you joining the team at its very creation, with a company that have the health and wellbeing of employees at the heart of their core values.
As the OH Manager of the new health and wellbeing team/department, you will implement, develop and embed the company's new health & wellness model as well as lead a team of Nurses and Technicians.
Main Duties:
Case management for absence and ill health/injury
Provide fitness to work advice
Create a Health Surveillance calendar reducing the requirement of travel and still delivering compliance
Provide additional treatment, support and advice, working with third-party contractors, managers and the HR Teams
Responsible for maintaining all administration systems,
Design and deliver a Health & Wellbeing calendar, aligning with other Company Sites
Review processes and paperwork to ensure best practice
Create a holistic Health & Wellness department where employees feel their well-being is being supported
Ensure employee records are up to date and audit-ready
Skill Requirement:
NMC registered: Part 1 - Essential
NMC registered: Part 3 - Preferred
Previous experience working in Occupational Health and Wellbeing sector
Occupational Health Certificate or Diploma is essential
Ability to communicate at all levels
IT Literate
Full driving license
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £55,000 PA (pro-rata) depending on experience
