​OH Medical are currently seeking an Independent Counsellor on a part time basis 2 days per week near Leicester. This is a rare opportunity to join a very well respected Occupational Health business.

The Remit:

The role will be based in our clients offices where you would be the sole Occupational Health Counsellor working within a wider Occupational Health Team;

• Working with individuals who are experiencing ill health, post-traumatic stress, work related stress, bereavement, depression and anxiety.

• Provide psychological support and resilience strategies.

• To support employees to maintain attendance at work and support a sustainable return to work for those returning to the workplace

• Signposting 

Skills Required:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Counselling

• BACP accreditation

• 2 years post qualifying counselling experience, preferably with some Occupational Health experience.
