​OH Medical Recruitment have an exclusive opportunity for a Lead Occupational Health Advisor working remotely in a brand new role for a leading Occupational Health Provider. Covering a brand new contract in the North East of England. This exciting new role will see you working from home with Travel 6 - 8 days per month to client sites in Newcastle, Hull and Lincoln.

Working in a Safety Critical Environment you will be managing the onsite provision of this new client contract. You will be responsible for managing a small team of Occupational Health Advisors and an Occupational Health Technician.

The successful candidate for this role will be a qualified part 3 registered OHA with experience managing an onsite client provision. You will have a knowledge of safety critical industries i.e. rail, construction, utilities. You will be someone who is able to influence and shape the OH Service and motivate your team to perform to the best of their ability.
