OH Medical has currently got a great opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established In-house team based in Hatfield. You will be supporting the existing OH Advisor in delivering all aspects of their Occupational Health and Wellbeing service.
Working closely with the People Advisory team, you'll support and advise them on all sickness absence, giving sound OH advice. Some of the main responsibilities will include:
Case Management
Health Screening
Health and Well-being Initiatives
Supporting with Health Promotion
Identifying and reporting employee health needs.
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Fantastic Benefit packages
