OH Medical are recruiting for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor for an inhouse role for a specialist care provider in Worthing.
The Remit
This standalone role can be full time or 4 days per week with the main focus being case management and the implementation of a health and wellbeing programme. The role covers all aspects of Occupational Health including:
Case management
Vaccinations and immunisations,
Developing an online health & wellbeing programme for employees
Coverage of two locations (in close proximity)
The Requirements
NMC Part 1 Registration (Essential) Part 3 (Desirable)
Qualified to minimum Diploma Level in Occupational Health (Essential)
Case Management experience (Essential)
Experienced in managing own case load and be an effective team member (Essential)
CBT Qualified (Desirable)
Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)
Full Driving License and car owner (Essential)
