​OH Medical are recruiting for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor for an inhouse role for a specialist care provider in Worthing.

The Remit

This standalone role can be full time or 4 days per week with the main focus being case management and the implementation of a health and wellbeing programme. The role covers all aspects of Occupational Health including:

• Case management 

• Vaccinations and immunisations,

• Developing an online health & wellbeing programme for employees 

• Coverage of two locations (in close proximity)

The Requirements

•  NMC Part 1 Registration (Essential) Part 3 (Desirable)

• Qualified to minimum Diploma Level in Occupational Health (Essential)

• Case Management experience (Essential)

• Experienced in managing own case load and be an effective team member (Essential)

• CBT Qualified (Desirable)

• Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)

• Full Driving License and car owner (Essential)
