OH Medical currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our marketing leading in-house client located in Andover on a full-time, permanent basis.
The working hours for this role will be Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:15pm & Fridays will be 8:30am - 1:30pm. There is also the flexibility to work from home 3-4 days a week.
This is a standalone role where you will work closely with the HR Team and Business Partners to ensure the OH service is running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
To develop and manage the Occupational Health service within the company.
Carry out Case Management & Health Surveillance duties.
Manage the end-to-end referral process, scheduling reviews of adjustments and follow up meetings with employees, managers and HR as appropriate
Ensure electronic OH records are kept up to date and confidentiality of records is maintained at all times
Workplace assessments, including the review of medical questionnaires for new starters
Salary & Benefits Include:
£42,000 - £46,000 per annum
Quarterly Bonus Scheme, based on Company profits
25 days annual leave + Bank holidays with the option to purchase another 5 days

The successful candidate will on occasion need to be flexible around working hours to meet the needs of our shift patterns. Some travel within the UK will be required to meet the business needs.
