​OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor in Belfast, you will be homebased with Travel around Belfast and occasionally across Northern Ireland in a full time permanent position working for a leading Occupational Health Provider. 

The Remit

This is a full remit role where you will be working with multiple end clients and your duties will include:

• Advise employees on health problems and sickness absence assisting in their return to work

• Provide occupational health advise to managers and employees

• Health Surveillance, Pre-employment and fitness for work screening including audio, vision, spiro (when restrictions allow) and HAVS

• Contribute to health & wellbeing campaigns

Skill Requirements

​

• Be a registered nurse with NMC Part 1 (Essential) Part 3 (Highly Desirable)

• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma (Highly Desirable)

• Case Management & Management Referral experience (Essential)

• Health Surveillance & Screening experience (Essential)

• Be able to prioritise and manage their time effectively (Essential)

• Can work confidently and independently whist operating within a team framework (Essential)

• Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)

• Full Driving License and own Vehicle (Essential)
