OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join the team of a Leading Occupational Health provider. You will be based from home with occasional travel to client sites in the Birmingham area in a full time permanent role.
The Remit
As the Occupational Health Advisor, you will be predominately home based providing a full remit OH Service including Pre-placement Questionnaires, Fit for Task reviews, Post-Covid Assessments and Sickness Absence Management. Travel to sites in and around Birmingham may be required to undertake work place assessments, health surveillance and advise employees on both physical and mental health problems, all the while maintaining the highest standards of occupational healthcare.
Skill Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse
Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health preferred
Previous Occupational Health experience
Good communication skills written and verbal
Ability to manage own workload, self-motivate and identify priorities
Good IT literacy IT literate
A full Clean Driving Licence
Salary & Benefits
