OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor in permanent Full Time position for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a hybrid role in Ipswich.
The Remit:
As the Occupational Health Advisor, you will be working as part of a remote based team to deliver a first classed Occupational Health services. Your duties will include:
Workplace assessments and reporting on potential health risks
Undertake health surveillance, preemployment and fitness for work screenings
Advise employees on both physical and mental health problems
Sickness absence management
Pre-placement Questionnaires, Fit for Task reviews and Post-Covid Assessments
A mixture of home based work and 1-2 clinics onsite per week in Ipswich
Skills Required
NMC registered Nurse
Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health
Knowledge of Health and Wellbeing, Case Management and Health Surveillance
Good IT Literacy
Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills
Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
