OH Medical are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house client based in Lincoln on a permanent basis working 3-5 days per week. This is a lone working role, so the successful candidate must have prior experience and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Conducting pre-employment health assessments and fitness for work assessments
Carrying out health surveillance and providing health promotion advice
Developing and implementing health and wellbeing strategies and initiatives
Providing support and advice to employees, including referrals to external health professionals when necessary
Working closely with HR and management to promote a positive and healthy work environment
Requirements:
Current NMC registration and Occupational Health qualification (Degree or Diploma)
At least 3 years of experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills and experience using occupational health software
Salary & Benefits:
A salary of up to £43,000 per annum
