OH medical is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor in Selsey to to join an inhouse Occupational Health team to provide support through the management of Absence and Injury referrals, health surveillance and a well-being program
Case management for sickness absence and workplace injury
Liaise with OHP when required
Manage and support the program of health surveillance and statutory medicals
Undertake OH risk assessments and act on the results
Design and deliver a health promotion / well-being program
Develop, review and revise OH Policies and Procedures in line with Health & Safety legislation, OH Guidelines and Company business needs
Carry out service audits of the OH service
Monitor service performance and provide a management reports
Support employees across 3 local sites
NMC Registered Nurse
Occupational Diploma or Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years OH experience in either Manufacturing or Retail business.
Experience in working across multiple sites is essential, including planning / delivering appropriate awareness campaigns at various levels of staff.
Proven budgetary control skills
Good IT literacy, including Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, and use of an occupational health database.
