OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor you will be homebased in full time permanent position working for a leading Occupational Health Provider with occasional travel to client sites in Yorks.
The Remit
Predominantly home based with some onsite duties, performing a mixture of tasks including Pre-placement Questionnaires, Fit for Task reviews, Post-Covid Assessments and Sickness Absence Management. Whilst onsite you will undertake workplace assessments, health surveillance, preemployment and fitness for work screenings where appropriate. Advising employees on both physical and mental health problems, all the while maintaining the highest standards of occupational healthcare.
Skill Requirements
Be a registered nurse with NMC Part 1 (Essential) Part 3 (Highly Desirable)
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma (Highly Desirable)
Case Management & Management Referral experience (Essential)
Health Surveillance & Screening experience (Essential)
Be able to prioritise and manage their time effectively (Essential)
Can work confidently and independently whist operating within a team framework (Essential)
Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)
Full Driving License and own Vehicle (Essential)
