OH Medical is working in partnership with a SEQOHS accredited Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Business Manager based in Dorking.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded professional to oversee the day-to-day management, strategic growth and operational delivery of a growing Occupational Health service.
You will lead the clinical team, strengthen client relationships, ensure compliance standards are maintained and drive new business development.
Duties
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary OH team including Physicians, Advisors, Technicians and Administration staff.
Oversee operational performance and service delivery.
Manage recruitment, onboarding and training requirements.
Maintain SEQOHS accreditation and oversee clinical audits.
Ensure policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date.
Oversee invoicing processes and contribute to financial reporting.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain high client service standards and key stakeholder relationships.
Support strategic planning and organisational growth.
Criteria
RGN, MSc/BSc in Occupational Health or relevant OH / management qualification (desirable).
Previous experience managing an Occupational Health service or clinical team.
Strong commercial awareness and business development experience.
Knowledge of accreditation and quality management systems.
Confident leader with strong communication skills.
Highly organised and able to work autonomously.
IT proficient in Microsoft Office.
