​Occupational Health - Clinical Lead Rail Sector 

OH Medical is currently seeking a Clinical Lead for our client in the rail division. This position will be homebased with nationwide travel (mainly London focussed). Rail sector experience is not essential but desirable. All training and development will be given inhouse.

This role will be heavily client facing, you will be providing clinical leadership and support to the client. You will be directing a team of 6 regional OHAs to support and push forward the health & wellbeing strategy. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of 6 OHAs
- Complex case management
- Working closely with the team to achieve and maintain a robust health & wellbeing strategy
- Ensuring clinical services are delivered in line with the quality criteria
- Checking compliance regulations are being met
- Providing client specific management reports to stakeholders 
- Communicating effectively with the team to ensure the wellbeing strategy is maintained and aligned to the business 
- You will be the Ambassador of the business 

Experience & Skills: 

- Track record of rail sector experience is desired not essential 
- Commercially aware
- Influencing skills to persuade and gain the support of stakeholders 
- Strong problem solving skills
- Results orientated 
- Highly flexible and adaptable 
- Excellent written and verbal skills
