OH Medical is currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Manager to join our well-respected and established client on a part-time, permanent basis working 4 days a week.

This is a new role within the company that sits between the SOHA and the Clinical Director. You will be based out of the Nottingham office, however, you will be required to travel around the UK to visit client sites. There is still a requirement for some clinical work, although, it will be less than 50% of your workload.

Some responsibilities will include: 

  • To take the lead on developing the strategic profile of occupational health within the customer’s business.

  • To support the business with, and take responsibility for, creating new and existing tenders as and when required.

  • To be responsible for the direct line management of SOHA’s and provide coaching and support to the SOHA’s in line managing the OH team members.

  • To create an environment where staff are motivated and energised.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse with a recognised Occupational Health Qualification

  • Ability to travel to client sites when required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £44,000 per annum pro rata

  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays

  • Group Pension Scheme
