​OH Medical are currently recruiting for an OH Manager to join our client on a full time permanent basis.

​

You will be joining the in-house team based on site in Carmarthenshire although there is scope for some agile working.

​

Remit to include:

• Lead the provision of Occupational Health services including, Health, Physiotherapy, Counselling and Wellbeing services.

• Create and review the Wellbeing Strategy

• Create and deliver the OH and Wellbeing service delivery plan

• Build and maintain relationships with HQ

• Contribute to HR policy development

• Manage a team of clinical staff

• Provide specialist advice and strategic direction on workplace health and wellbeing issues

• Ensure specialist OH advice is provided

• Budget management

• Assist with management of complex cases

• Provide specific advice and leadership in ill health retirement and injury on duty.

Salary - £51,345 - £54,807 dept on experience + benefits.
