OH Medical are currently seeking an Occupational Health Manager based in Oxford. You will be joining a very well established in-house Occupational Health service.
Initially the role will be homebased due to Covid-19 limitations, this role will when it is safe integrate back in to the OH department and can potentially remain part homebased.
You will be directly managing 5 nursing staff which consists of 3 OHAs and 2 clinical nurses, 3 admin staff and a contracted OHP that works 12 hours per week.
The Remit:
Manage and lead the Occupational Health team
Build and manage stakeholder relationships
Working alongside the Director of Occupational Health & Safety
Collaborate with a range of internal and external advisors
Provide support and mentorship
