OH Medical are currently seeking 4 OH trained nurses working a 5-day week to start ASAP for 3 weeks. You will undertake 30-minute interviews for bank members whose risk assessment has scored them as at high risk should they contract Covid -19. The roles are to provide advice and support to ensure that healthcare workers and all workers placed in the healthcare environment are supported understand their responsibilities in relation to infection control and Covid-19 and to assess if any further actions are required to assure the bank members COVID Health & Safety.
You will be working with a number of systems and data bases and must feel comfortable with telephone consultations.
The Remit:
Triage the at High Risk Covid-19 Risk Assessments
Arrange and undertake RA interviews circa 30 minutes per bank member.
Provide advice around Covid-19 secure environments appropriate work placements.
Refer on as required to HR or Trust Services as per process
Document meeting notes and actions
Follow up emails and phone calls
Escalate any concerns to the Clinical Lead OH Services
Follow up appointments if required
