Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum
Summary
OH Medical is working in partnership with a growing Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Physician.
This is a hybrid role offering a mix of clinical delivery, leadership and strategic input. You will act as a clinical lead, supporting wider teams while delivering high-quality Occupational Health services across a diverse client base.
Duties
Deliver case management, fitness-for-work assessments and medical advice
Manage complex and escalated cases
Act as clinical lead supporting OH Advisors and Technicians
Conduct health surveillance and workplace assessments
Advise on work-related health issues and reasonable adjustments
Support health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
Liaise with clients and support service development
Criteria
GMC registered with a licence to practise
Ideally MFOM / FFOM or a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine
Experience within Occupational Health (public or private sector)
Strong case management and clinical decision-making skills
Knowledge of HSE guidance and employment law in OH
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Organised, proactive and confident working independently
