OH Medical is seeking a Physiotherapist with MSK experience. You will be joining a very well established Occupational Health service based in Hendon. Flexibility in terms of longer days and shorter days will be considered.

Working Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday between 8:30am and 5pm

Salary: up to £48,000

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct physiotherapy treatment sessions including;

  • Exercise-based functional rehabilitation

  • Manual therapy

  • DSE evaluation

  • Conduct alternative fitness tests

  • Conduct specific 1 to 1 assessments

  • Conduct Functional Assessments

  • Conduct presentations and deliver health related information as required

  • Liaise with other OH colleagues as required

As a part of this role, you will be required to:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional development by attending team meetings and development opportunities

  • Work in line with CSP Standards, established MPS referral pathways and best practice guidelines

  • Work pro-actively with colleagues to promote health and well-being within the workplace

  • Work as part of a small and specialised team of Physical Training Instructors, Rehabilitation Therapists and Physiotherapists

  • Demonstrate effective ethical behavior in relation to dealing with clients and colleagues

  • Undertake any other clinically-related activities as required by the Professional Head of Musculoskeletal Health and Optima MPS Management Team, within the scope of individual and professional physiotherapy practice

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Physiotherapy BSc degree or equivalent

  • Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

  • Member of Health & Care Professionals Council

  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience with a focus on MSK

  • Experience of dealing with the recovery of traumatic MSK related-injuries or experience of working within a blue-light or military organisation would be a benefit
