​OH Medical is currently seeking 2x Physiotherapist in Sunderland. 1x full-time permanent position and 1x part-time permanent role where you will be working on the client site as part of a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team of a market leading Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services Provider.

The Remit:

​

In this role you will be responsible for the assessment, treatment, and case management of employees onsite. This will involve workplace assessments and return to work plans.

​

  • Treatment and prevention of work related musculoskeletal injuries

  • Undertake the assessment of acute and chronic injuries and to provide effective professional advice to facilitate recovery and manage related problems and disabilities.

  • Workplace assessment

  • Develop and implement individual rehabilitation plans for returning to work following MSK injury.

  • Develop and present education and practical sessions to assist in the prevention of work related injuries.

  • Promote general awareness of physical fitness and the benefits it can have.

  • Specify equipment required to fulfil the role and responsibilities of the physiotherapy service.

  • Ensure that the equipment is maintained in good working order and the site facilities are kept in appropriate state of tidiness and cleanliness.

  • Help collate statistics for monthly or quarterly reporting

Requirements

  • Be a registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC (Essential)

  • Be a registered Physiotherapist with the CSP (Essential)

  • Qualified to Degree level in Physiotherapy (Essential)

  • Experience in MSK and Ergonomics (Essential)

  • Demonstrates excellent written, verbal communication skills (Essential)

  • Full Driving (Essential)

  • Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)
