OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Technician in permanent Part Time (4 Days) or Full Time position for an independent Occupational Health Provider in an onsite role in Luton.
The Remit:
As the Occupational Health Technician, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver onsite Occupational Health services. Your duties will include:
Undertaking health screening including general baseline measurements and urinalysis
Deliver health surveillance including audiometry and lung function testing
Delivering health promotion
Ensuring all equipment is serviceable, clean and fit for purpose; To include the regular monitoring and recording of equipment performance indicators
Undertaking non-clinical tasks as requested e.g. filing, administration etc
Site based role shifts will rotate between 07:00 - 15:00 and 19:00 - 01:00 will be from one fixed location for 4 day role with some local travel if 5 days per week.
Skills Required
Previous OHT experience preferred but not essential
Knowledge of Health and Wellbeing
Good IT Literacy
Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills
Self motivated with good time management and organisational skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Salary & Benefits
£22 - 25,000 PA depending on experience
