​OH Medical are recruiting for an Occupational Health Technicians to join a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-Time permanent role. This peripatetic role has vacancies to join teams covering either Scotland, the Northwest or the West Midlands

The Remit:

As the Occupational Health Technician in this role you will provide a first class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:

• Health Surveillance screening including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Testing

• Drug and Alcohol Testing

• Baseline Measurements – Height Weight, PB and urinalysis

• Accurately record all medical information in OH records

• Calibration and service of all equipment

• Health Promotion

• Non Clinical task such as filing and tidying

Skills Required

• Previous experience as Occupational Health Technician or from one of the following backgrounds:

• Graduate from Sports Science degrees

• EMT

• Military Medic

• Health Care Assistant

• Good standard of numeracy and written English (Essential)

• Be able to prioritise and manage their time effectively (Essential)

• Understand the requirement for patient confidentiality, ensuring all patients are treated with respect, dignity and privacy

• Can work confidently and independently whist operating within a team framework (Essential)

• Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)

• Full UK Driving License and Vehicle

• £22 – 26,000 PA D.O.E
