OH Medical has an excellent opportunity for a Primary Care Manager to join a leading Occupational Health Provider at their client sites in Essex to lead a team of Occupational Health Nurses in delivery of first class emergency care, contracted nursing and treatment services.
The Remit
Management of onsite treatment centres across 2 sites
Creation and management of pathways into primary care
Planning, monitoring and reviewing the regular practice of emergency runs to ensure protocols for swift attendance are in place for emergency call outs.
Management of site rotas, nurse allocations, training sickness absences and annual leave
Identify training needs of staff
Monitoring workloads and team performance
Develop and coach team members
Providing Health and wellbeing advise and training
Support Senior Clinical Manager with the delivery with the Primary Care Team objectives.
Ensure resources are efficiently used and budgets are adhered to.
Support Clinical Audits
Benchmark and drive quality improvements with the team
Review processes ensuring they are fit for purpose and fully understood by the team and managing any changes
Support Senior Clinical Manager with Stakeholder management meetings
Recruitment and onboarding of new staff, approvals for timesheet/ expenses etc
Produce KPI and team reports
Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse
Minimum of 2 years management experience
Experience of Customer Service delivery and KPI's
Knowledge of Occupational Health Delivery
Strong team player with proven relationship building skills
Experience in A&E, or holds an Emergency Nursing qualification (Desirable)
Experience with flu campaigns (Desirable)
