OH Medical has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Nurse to join our client based in the Cheltenham area, you will provide clinical support to the team and also support the delivery of Mental Health & Wellbeing programmes.

They provide bespoke health solutions to clients including absence management, healthcare plan administration, psychological careline and health and wellbeing offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years mental health nursing experience is essential

  • NMC level one registration (RN3: Mental health nurse, level 1) is required

  • Diploma or Degree in Mental Health nursing is essential

  • Experience in rehabilitation either face to face or telephone based case management would be desirable

  • Report writing, IT skills

  • PWP trained or experience with Low intensity CBT methods is desirable

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of mental health Primary & Secondary plus its relevant legislation.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong interpersonal negotiating, influencing and communication skills

  • Self-motivating, be able to work under pressure, prioritise own workload, manage own time, working to targets & deadlines.

  • Inspire, guide and coach service users and colleagues

  • Presentation skills

  • Full driving licence is required
