OH Medical is working in partnership with a premium domiciliary care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse in the Welwyn & Hatfield area.
This is a unique opportunity to join an established service as they expand into nurse-led complex care within the community. The role will initially start on a temporary basis with low hours and has the potential to increase as the service grows.
Duties
Support training and competency assessments for care staff
Assist in preparing the service for complex care packages
Build relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders
Carry out clinical assessments and develop care plans (as the role expands)
Provide oversight and support for complex care clients
Contribute to clinical governance, quality, and safety standards
Criteria
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Experience within community, domiciliary or complex care (desirable)
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to support care staff
Confident working independently and building relationships locally
Interest in developing and growing a service
