​OH Medical are currently looking to recruit a Senior Nurse Manager to join our client on a full time temporary basis.

​

You will be based on site in the Shropshire area and required to cover client sits in the local area. (Flexibility to travel is essential).

​

Remit to include:

  • Manage a small team of OH Advisors and Technicians

  • Leading the team to achieve KPIs and targets to meet business aims and objectives

  • Improve business growth and development

  • Carry out staff audits and monitor performance, providing constructive feedback and updating training
