​OH Medical are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Administrator to join a new forward thinking Occupational Health Provider at their clinic in Warrington. You will be based onsite in a full-time permanent role.

The Remit

As the Senior Occupational Health Administrator, you will be overseeing the smooth running of the department. Responsible for maintaining the appointment diary, greeting visitors maintaining personal records, dealing with correspondence and information requests as well as general admin tasks.

Your Duties will include:

• Providing support and coordinating the activity of the OH Team

• Liaising with the clinical team, visitors and business clients to ensure the efficient service delivery

• Diary management of the team and the processing of confidential medical information

• Dealing with internal and external telephone calls and resolve enquiries

• Review existing procedures and help implement streamlined working practices

• Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of efficient administrative systems to meet SLAs

Skill Requirements

• Good communication skills written and verbal

• Ability to manage own workload, self-motivate and identify priorities

• Good IT literacy

• Previous Occupational Health Administration experience

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience: From £20,000.00 per year

Hours of work – 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
