​OH Medical are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor for a role based from home with travel across Scotland (mainly Glasgow and Edinburgh) in a Full Time Permanent position for a Leading Occupational Health Provider. 

The Remit

Your week will be split between working on-site in Glasgow and Edinburgh, and working remotely, with the occasional requirement to travel further afield within Scotland. This role will cover the full occupational health remit including case management, health surveillance, pre-employment and fitness for work assessments. You will also advise employees on both physical and mental health problems, all the while maintaining the highest standards of occupational healthcare.

This forward thinking provider has done away with the set case load per day system and instead operates on a new time management basis breaking down your day into smaller pieces  and giving you a set period of  time each day to catch up with admin, or under take some training or catch up with your line manager. 


Skill Requirements

  • NMC Part 1 Registered Essential Part 3 Preferred

  • Qualified to Degree or Diploma Level in Occupational Health Preferred

  • Experienced Occupational Health Advisor with experience in emergency service or safety critical sectors Preferred

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Good IT Skills

  • Full Valid UK driving license Essential
