​OH Medical is currently seeking a qualified Senior Occupational Health Advisor based in Woking. This is a full time permanent position joining a market leading Occupational Health provider. 

The Remit:

This role will cover the full remit of Occupational Health, with a split of 75% Case Management and 25% health surveillance activities.

• Assessing new employees and initiate management of case

• Assessing employees fitness to work 

• Supporting the OHM in advising, monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH team

• Providing health surveillance assessments

• Assist with the development and provision of a pro-active OH Service.

• Assist with the design and implementation of Health Promotion initiatives

• Oversee maintenance of equipment, coordinate resources and both administrative and clinical staff cover in partnership with the OHM

Requirements

• Be a registered nurse with NMC Part 1 (Essential) Part 3 (Desirable)

• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma (Essential)

• Case Management & Health Surveillance (incl. HAVS) experience (Essential)

• Experience delivering Health Promotion and Wellbeing events (Desirable)

• Experience delivering training to team members (Desirable) 

• Be able to prioritise and manage their time effectively (Essential)

• Can work confidently and independently whist operating within a team framework (Essential)

• Demonstrate good IT literacy (Essential)
