OH Medical are recruiting a qualified Senior Occupational Health Nurse to join the onsite construction team of a leading Occupational Health Provider. In a full time role working 7.5 hours per day between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Where you will travel across London managing a team on multiple sites.
The Remit
As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse, you will manage the clinical team in line with contractual requirements whilst ensuring a high quality, minor treatment and occupational health service is delivered to the client..
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide leadership and support to the clinical team to meet the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH service
Evaluate standards of service to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to the client.
Deploying and supervising staff to ensure continuity of service.
Act autonomously as a clinical lead providing treatment and OH services.
Create and maintain a positive and supportive team culture
Undertake clinic employee reviews, clinical competency reviews with individuals and audit clinical work
Ensure compliance with Company processes/Department of Health, H&S guidelines/legislation and company accreditations
Initiate, and participate in, programmes of audit for peers to ensure compliance with evidence-based standards.
Be aware and maintain professional standards of conduct, taking action if others do not meet the company standards
Work closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on Multiple Sites.
Analyse report and present monthly MI and KPI information to Commercial and operational teams within the client’s deadline.
Present clinical update at monthly and quarterly service review meetings.
Help to coordinate wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
Be a registered nurse with NMC Part 1 (Essential) Part 3 in OH (Desirable)
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma (Essential)
Experience of providing clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team (Essential)
Experience of working in an OH environment in a nursing/advisory capacity (Essential) experience within construction environment (Desirable)
Case Management experience (Essential)
Can work effectively independently and also within a team framework (Essential)
Be IT literate (Essential)
General medicals and health surveillance experience (Essential)
HAVS experience (Desirable)
A&E qualification/background or Emergency Nurse Practitioner (Desirable)
