SHEQ Advisor – National Projects
We are currently partnering with a leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor who are looking to expand their compliance team with the addition of a SHEQ Delivery Advisor. Inspections – Carry out thorough site inspections, producing clear reports and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Project Reviews – Contribute to routine and ad-hoc project reviews, helping to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Investigations – Lead root cause investigations, engaging stakeholders, capturing learning, and communicating outcomes effectively.
Workforce Engagement – Promote engagement and consultation with operatives and supply chain partners on compliance topics (H&S, wellbeing, modern slavery, etc.).
Stakeholder Liaison – Represent the business professionally when dealing with clients, principal contractors, and supply chain partners.
Safe Systems of Work – Support the development and implementation of safe working practices across projects.
