Training and Implementation Specialist
Summary
OH Medical is recruiting for a part-time, fully remote Training and Implementation Specialist on behalf of a growing software organisation within the Occupational Health sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Health professional with strong operational knowledge who enjoys training, problem-solving, project management, and working with technology. You'll play a key role in onboarding new clients, delivering software training, and ensuring a seamless implementation experience. The role offers flexible working arrangements, a supportive remote team environment, and the opportunity to contribute to an ambitious and expanding business.
Duties
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
Coordinate implementation projects and maintain project timelines.
Deliver engaging onboarding and software training sessions remotely.
Configure system settings, templates, workflows, and documentation to meet client requirements.
Support clients with additional and refresher training as required.
Liaise with client stakeholders to understand operational processes and implementation needs.
Assist clients with system integrations and data management processes.
Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate project records and ensure onboarding milestones are achieved.
Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the implementation journey.
Criteria
Strong understanding of Occupational Health operations and service delivery.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Logical, organised, and methodical approach to work.
Comfortable learning and explaining technical systems and processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
Previous experience delivering training would be beneficial.
Experience using Occupational Health software systems would be advantageous.
Experience in software implementation, account management, customer success, or project management would be beneficial.
Salary & Benefits
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on hours worked.
Part-time position working 25 to 30 hours per week.
Fully remote working.
Flexible working days and hours.
Annual bonus scheme worth approximately £2,000.
