Welsh Speaking Occupational Health Advisor (Remote)

Looking for something flexible that still keeps your clinical brain ticking? This one’s a neat little niche role with real purpose. At OH Medical, we’re working with a forward-thinking Occupational Health provider to find a Welsh-speaking Occupational Health Advisor to support an education sector client in North Wales. This is a fully remote position, perfect for someone looking to complement existing work with consistent, meaningful case management.
The Role
You’ll be delivering case management via video consultations, supporting employees within an education setting.
2–3 full days per month
4 cases per day (1-hour appointments)
Consultations conducted entirely in Welsh via Zoom
Reports to be completed in Welsh (English translation also required)
Referral templates provided
There may also be additional ad hoc cases available if you’re keen for more.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written) – ideally native level
Qualified Occupational Health Advisor
Strong experience in case management
Confident working remotely and independently
Able to provide your own equipment (laptop, secure setup, etc.)
Contract Options
We’re open to:
Self-employed / Ltd company contractors
Umbrella PAYE (must be FCSA and SafeRec registered)
