Our services include permanent recruitment, temporary staffing and contractor placements within the Occupational Health sector.
All candidates supplied are known to our recruitment team and subject to appropriate identity verification, compliance checks and right-to-work verification prior to placement.

Based on the nature of our sector and recruitment processes, we currently assess the risk of modern slavery within our operations as low, however we remain vigilant and continue to review our procedures to ensure appropriate safeguards remain in place.
Reporting Concerns
OH Medical Recruitment Ltd encourages staff, candidates and partners to report any concerns relating to unethical practices, labour exploitation or modern slavery.
Reports can be made directly to company directors or through our whistleblowing procedures and will be investigated promptly.
Training and Awareness
Staff receive training and awareness guidance relating to ethical recruitment practices and recognising potential indicators of modern slavery or exploitation.
This helps ensure concerns can be identified and escalated appropriately.
