OH Medical are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and trusted Occupational Health provider for an experienced Commercial Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in shaping commercial strategy, driving growth, and managing a talented team within a forward-thinking organisation.
Reporting directly to the COO and Board of Directors, you’ll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring commercial and marketing activities deliver real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Deliver Commercial Success
Drive commercial growth and oversee all client relationship activities.
Set pricing strategies, lead on bids and tenders, and negotiate contracts with confidence.
Oversee the marketing function, ensuring brand, digital, and content strategies hit the mark.
Deliver strategic updates and insights to the COO and Board.
Monitor competitor activity and keep the organisation ahead of the curve.
Align Strategy with Business Goals
Work closely with the COO and Data Analysts to align commercial initiatives with budgets and operational capacity.
Identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans to seize them.
Support stakeholder communications to strengthen key partnerships.
Inspire & Develop Your Team
Manage and mentor the Commercial Team, creating a high-performance culture.
Set clear objectives, track progress, and support professional development.
Lead by example to ensure first-class delivery across all commercial activities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an OH Commercial Manager role, ideally within the rail or construction sectors.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of delivering commercial growth.
Expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and business development.
Strong client relationship management skills.
