A well-established London property business is seeking an experiencedHead of Health & Safetyto lead and shape the organisation’s safety strategy across a diverse, multi-site portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving a proactive health & safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
Leading and developing the organisation’s
health & safety strategy
across a large multi-site property portfolio.
Ensuring
policies, procedures and controls
remain compliant with current legislation and best practice.
Managing
risk registers, audits and investigations, identifying opportunities to strengthen safety performance.
What you’ll need
NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)
with strong experience in property, facilities, or multi-site environments.
Proven experience
managing health & safety functions and influencing senior stakeholders.
