OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an established Occupational Health service in Maidstone.
This role will focus on signing off health surveillance across a varied client base spanning multiple industries. There is also the potential to increase working days with additional case management clinics for the right individual.
Duties
Review and sign off health surveillance across multiple client sites
Deliver case management clinics (if additional days taken)
Provide fitness-for-work advice and management reports
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
Support a high-quality Occupational Health service
Criteria
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree)
Competent in health surveillance and sign-off
Experience in case management
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Able to work independently across multiple clients
The Opportunity
This is a flexible role offering 2 days per week onsite, with the option to increase days through additional case management work. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio with a manageable caseload of 5–6 cases per day, within a supportive and well-structured Occupational Health service.
