​Occupational Health Advisor – Home-based with Occasional Onsite Clinics in Central Birmingham

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + Benefits | Permanent | Full or Part Time (min 3 days)

The Role

You’ll be home-based, carrying out a mix of remote case management alongside occasional onsite clinics in Central Birmingham.

Your work will include:

  • Case management

  • Health surveillance

  • Pre-placement and fitness-for-work assessments

  • Workplace assessments and reporting on health risks

  • Supporting employees with physical and mental health concerns

This role offers scope to grow your skills, work autonomously, and enjoy a supportive clinical environment.

What We're Looking for in an Occupational Health Advisor:

  • RGN with current NMC registration

  • Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, including case management experience

  • Skills in HAVS, Audio or Spirometry are desirable but not essential

  • Ability to travel to client sites weekly

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong IT Literacy

  • Ability to travel to the client site as required weekly.
