Occupational Health Advisor – Home-based with Occasional Travel, Maidstone & South East of England
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + Benefits | Permanent | Full or Part Time (min 3 days)

The Role
You’ll be home-based, carrying out a mix of remote case management alongside occasional face-to-face clinics across Maidstone & South East of England.
Your work will include:
Case management
Health surveillance
Pre-placement and fitness-for-work assessments
Workplace assessments and reporting on health risks
Supporting employees with physical and mental health concerns
This role offers scope to grow your skills, work autonomously, and enjoy a supportive clinical environment.
What We're Looking for in an Occupational Health Advisor:
RGN with current NMC registration
Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, including case management experience
Skills in HAVS, Audio or Spirometry are desirable but not essential
Ability to travel to client sites weekly
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT Literacy
Ability to travel to the client site as required weekly.
