OH Medical is currently seeking a Hybrid Occupational Health Advisor to undertake a permanent role for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-Time, Permanent position in Stoke.

The Role:

This role offers the perfect opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established team and contribute to delivering high-quality Occupational Health services. Your role will involve conducting clinics at either the Stoke office of a leading Occupational Health Provider or on-site at client locations in the local area. There's also the possibility of some remote work from home to handle management referrals. Your duties within this full remit position will include:

• Conducting workplace assessments and providing reports on potential health risks

• Performing health surveillance, conducting pre-employment screenings, and assessing fitness for work as needed

• Administering immunisations

• Delivering expert case management services and offering guidance to employees on both physical and mental health issues, all while upholding the highest standards of Occupational Healthcare

Required Skills:

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Previous experience within Occupational Health as an Occupational Health Advisor

• Qualified to degree / diploma level in Occupational Health is preferred

• Knowledge and Experience of Case Management & Health Surveillance.

• Strong IT Literacy is Essential.

• Ability to travel to client site where required on a weekly basis
