​OH Medical is currently seeking a Lead Occupational Health Advisor/Manager to join our in-house client South of Leicester. You will be joining their family-feel team on a full-time permanent basis working 37 hours per week.

The main responsibilities and duties will include:

• To manage the Occupational Health department and the service they provide.

• To develop and implement policies and procedures.

• To oversee the health surveillance & wellbeing service.

• Finance and budget management.

Criteria for the role includes:

• To be a Registered Nurse.

• Experience with the full OH remit.

• Knowledge of OH policies and procedures.

• Previous Management experience.

• The OH diploma is desirable, however, isn't essential.
