OH Medical is currently seeking a Lead Occupational Health Advisor/Manager to join our in-house client South of Leicester. You will be joining their family-feel team on a full-time permanent basis working 37 hours per week.
The main responsibilities and duties will include:
To manage the Occupational Health department and the service they provide.
To develop and implement policies and procedures.
To oversee the health surveillance & wellbeing service.
Finance and budget management.
Criteria for the role includes:
To be a Registered Nurse.
Experience with the full OH remit.
Knowledge of OH policies and procedures.
Previous Management experience.
The OH diploma is desirable, however, isn't essential.
