​OH Medical Recruitment have an exclusive opportunity for a Lead Occupational Health Advisor working onsite for the client of a leading Occupational Health Provider in Sunderland

This Full Time permanent position will see you based in the clients Occupational health Department leading a team of OHA's and OHN's as part of a multidisciplinary Occupational health team. Working in a Safety Critical Environment your duties will be equally split between clinical and strategy.

​

The successful candidate for this role will be a qualified part 3 registered OHA with experience managing an onsite client provision. You will have a knowledge of safety critical industries i.e. rail, construction, manufacturing. You will be someone who is able to influence and shape the OH Service and motivate your team to perform to the best of their ability.
