Full-time | 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, core hours 8am–6pm)
OH Medical is proud to be partnering with a leading Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor for an onsite role in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified OHA who enjoys being embedded within a client environment, building relationships, and delivering a truly proactive OH service.
The Role – More Than Just Case Management
You’ll be delivering the full Occupational Health remit, acting as a trusted clinical voice across the site. Expect a varied role where you’ll balance clinical expertise with real-world workplace impact:
Case management consultations and fitness for work assessments
Issuing fitness certificates and clear, practical management advice
Writing reports to GPs and specialists in line with the Access to Medical Reports Act
Responding to client and manager queries with professional, evidence-based guidance
Delivering health surveillance in line with current legislation
Supporting workplace medical incidents on-site
Contributing to training and development of the wider OH team
Designing and delivering health promotion initiatives
Maintaining accurate records in line with NMC standards
Travelling between local client sites where required
What We’re Looking For in an OHA
You’re a confident and capable Occupational Health Advisor who can operate independently while still being a key part of a wider team.
NMC Registered Nurse (Part 1)
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma)
Strong case management experience
Confident providing clear, written and verbal OH advice
Solid understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across all levels
The Setup

Working closely with the client to deliver a visible and proactive OH service
