OH Medical is currently looking for a MSK Clinical Case Manager to undertake a permanent role with our client, a leading Occupational Health Provider. This exciting opportunity will see you working from home Monday – Friday on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
The Role:
This position is a fantastic chance for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team to deliver a first-class Occupational Health Service with the benefit of working fully remote, as a MSK Clinical Case Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct 8x 45-minute appointments per day and provide exceptional case management services that guide managers to support employees' return to work.
Deliver evidence-based reports and advice on adjustments and return to work plans.
Support in Triaging of Case Referrals including advising Managers and referrers in effective case handling and referral quality.
Maintain valid HCPC registration, complying with guidelines for professional conduct, clinical supervision, and continuous learning.
Required Skills:
To be the successful Remote MSK Clinical Case Manager candidate for this role, you'll be:
An experienced MSK Physiotherapist.
Qualified to Degree level in Physiotherapy.
Registered as a Physiotherapist with the HCPC (Essential) and the CSP (Highly Desirable).
Proficient in IT, demonstrating a high level of literacy.
Ideally experienced working in an Occupational Health Setting and undertaking Management Referrals.
An excellent communicator with skills, in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.

In return for your expertise as an MSK Physiotherapist, for the position of Remote MSK Clinical Case Manager, you will receive:
